This privacy policy applies to the IPTV Player mobile application, created by Dev Technology Solutions as a free service. IPTV Player is a user-friendly player that supports M3U formats for user-generated playlists — we do not supply any media content or playlists ourselves. This service is intended for use as is.

Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.
- The screens of the Application that you visit, including the date, time, and duration of your visit.
- The operating system and model of your mobile device.
- A device push token, used solely to deliver notifications to your device if you have notifications enabled.
Note: The Application does not gather precise information about the real-time location of your mobile device.
Separately, the playlists you add (their name, source link or file, icon/colour, and which channels you’ve favourited) are stored only in the Application’s private storage on your own device. We do not collect, see, or upload this playlist data to our servers. When you import a playlist by URL or play a channel, the Application connects directly to that link or stream address — the same way a web browser would — and we do not log or store the contents of what you access there.

Data Disclosure & Sharing
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to improve the Application. We may disclose information:
- As required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena).
- To protect our rights, your safety, or investigate fraud.
- With trusted service providers who work on our behalf and adhere to this privacy statement.

Opt-Out Rights
You can easily stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the app marketplace. Uninstalling also removes all playlists and favourites stored locally by the Application. You can also disable notifications at any time from your device’s app settings to stop receiving push notifications without uninstalling the Application.

Data Retention Policy
We do not retain your playlists or the streams you add on any server we control — they stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the Application. Any aggregated analytics data collected via the third-party services listed above is retained according to those providers’ own retention policies. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware of such data sharing, please contact us.

We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your information. However, please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
