This privacy policy applies to the Lottery Sambad mobile application (package name com.devtech.dearlotterysambad), created by Dev Technology Solutions as a Free, ad-supported service. This service is intended for use as is.

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, phone number, email address or any other personal details. When you use the Application, the following information may be collected automatically, mainly by the third-party services listed below:

• Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.
• Device information such as the device model, operating system version and app version.
• Advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), used to show and measure advertisements.
• A push notification identifier, used to deliver result notifications to your device.
• Your selected app language (English, Bengali or Hindi), stored on your device.

Ticket check: When you use the “Check Your Ticket” feature, the ticket number you enter is compared with the published results on your device only. It is not stored or sent to us.

Saved images: When you choose to download a result image, it is saved only to your own device’s storage (in a “Lottery Sambad” folder). We do not access other files on your device.

Note: The Application does not gather precise information about the real-time location of your mobile device.

2. Permissions

• Internet and network state: to load the latest results and check your connection.
• Notifications: to inform you when new results are published. You can turn notifications off at any time from your device settings.

3. Third-Party Services

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding data handling. Below are the links to the service providers used:

• Google Play Services (including in-app updates)
• AdMob
• Google User Messaging Platform (consent management)
• Firebase Cloud Firestore
• OneSignal

4. Advertising and Consent

The Application displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use advertising identifiers and similar technologies to show ads and measure their performance. Where required by law, you will be asked for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice later. You can also reset or opt out of the Advertising ID from your device settings.

5. Data Disclosure & Sharing

We do not sell your information. Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to improve the Application. We may disclose information:

• As required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena).
• To protect our rights, your safety, or investigate fraud.
• With trusted service providers who work on our behalf and adhere to this privacy statement.

6. Opt-Out Rights

You can easily stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the app marketplace.

7. Data Retention Policy

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request the deletion of data provided via the Application, please contact us at devtechnologysolutions247@gmail.com

8. Age Restriction and Children’s Privacy

The Application is intended only for users aged 18 years or above and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18. If we discover that a person under 18 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware of such data sharing, please contact us.

9. Legal Compliance

Participation in lotteries is prohibited in certain Indian states and union territories. If you live in such an area, please do not use the Application. Complying with the laws of your own state or territory is entirely your responsibility. Results shown in the Application are for information only; always verify them with the official government gazette or the official lottery website.

10. Security

We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your information. However, please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
